Happy News Network

I'm sitting here eating home-made tacos and looking at Obama's oval office address....well not really listening but it's on the t.v.  I'm getting so tired of the news it ain't even funny.  I would love to start a happy television network where they only report the good news that goes on around the country such as people doing note-worthy stuff in their communities.  The news is so depressing these days.  


With summer here I'm itching for a make-over.  I get bored wearing the same hairstyle month after month.  I'm on the hunt for a good beautician that can cut a cute-n-sassy short hairstyle.  I really don't feel like being bothered with hair hot as it is in Texas.  I'll post pics once I get the new do.  


If I hear one more person in the office use the slang phrase "where they do dat at"  I'm gonna scream.  I'm like come on...it was cute the first time or two but now it is really starting to grate my nerves.  I've never really been one to keep up with slang and this is one phrase that sounds ridiculous to me.  I would be more prone to use something like "what part of the game is that" before I just keep saying "where they do that at".  But anyway, I digress....lol.   Guess I'm gonna call it a night for now.  ~More later.
